Oh goodness, that smile/giggle kills me! I’m loving this stage of Margot right now. She’s as sweet and happy as ever, but she’s also developing her own sense of humor, she’s more communicative with sign language and vocal words, she’s more mobile, and her preferences are getting more apparent (it’s all about dogs, books, flowers, trucks, vacuums, and hats). Plus, those curls!
Speaking of baby sign language, we took an outdoor park class with a local baby ASL expert, so we have her book and flashcards. I must say that the flashcards are a hit for babes even if you aren’t practicing the signs!
Big things are happening in the bathroom remodel. Get up to speed here before I share more updates very soon!

I ordered this washable shower curtain last year for our bathroom and I’ve been so pleased with it I got another for the new bathroom.
The title, the image, and the description of this show all make it sound like a dumb rom com, but it was actually very enjoyable. It provides lots of hygge, which I love anytime but it’s especially good respite from the world. Be sure to watch in the original language (Norwegian) and not the dubbed English version!

I just remembered I had this in my first-aid kit and must recommend. I woke up with a kink in my neck, rubbed this on my skin, and got soothing relief.
Any guesses where these are going?
I’ve tried several different products for sealing and retaining the warm wood color of our teak outdoor dining table. I just tried a third and I’m hopeful this will work (I’ll keep you posted). First, I cleaned it with this. It was WAY easier than power washing and sanding which normally took hours. Instead, I used my trusty scrub brush on my power drill, and spent 15 minutes applying and rinsing it. It removed the black/silver patina instantly! When dry, I wiped this protector on with an old rag and it’s beautiful! I’ll reapply the teak protector every 6 months in hopes I can keep up with the maintenance.
