12 Beds To Put In Front of a Window
/When I started thinking about reconfiguring the layout of the house, it became clear that rotating the bed in the master would create such better flow. The only problem was that meant the bed would have to go in front of the window.
Lots of folks are afraid to put a bed in front of a window and I'll admit that I often don't like it. But that's because some beds are just not great in that application. However! I'm here to tell you that the right bed can make furniture in front of a window not just tolerable but really beautiful.
Tall upholstered beds, in my opinion, just don't fare well in front of a window - especially in a small room. But windsor style or spindle headboards can be really pretty when the light streams through. So, I've rounded up a collection of beds that I considered for my room remodel before eventually choosing this one (that I adore!). Shoppable links for each of these beds is at the end of this post.
